Setting up your blog.

I use Lyrical Host and you can get 10% off hosting plans with them by using the code BLOGLANCER (ad-affiliate code). This blog post is a useful read if you’re interested in learning more about things like domains and self-hosting. Each month you also get things like stock photos and resources which is great.

I use a Kotryna Bass theme for this blog and a Snug Design theme for A Balanced Belly. I’m hoping to have an affiliate discount code to share with you soon for Snug Designs because they are EXPENSIVE but beautiful.

A few of my favourite plugins are; Create by Mediavine (for recipe cards), Grow by Mediavine (for social shares), Milotree pop-up (for those pop up ‘join my newsletter’ or ‘follow me on instagram’ poppups) and Fley Sponsored Posts (allows you to pop disclaimers clearly at top of the post).
